      Recognises those who show hard work Plenty of different type of careers to choose from

      Cons

      Many different overhead departments holding meetings Internal reorganisation sometimes crippling customer focus temporarily Strong technical staff become managers and lose their skills in long run

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
