      This is the company with very long history. The colleagues working for this company are very professional and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      The company size is too big to move forward quickly. Decision making process is very complicated. So it is not suitable to adapt to quickly updated business.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
