Pros
Making proud that u work for a world's best handset maker. Working with Finns were good. They speak straight forward and honestly. Also there is no politics inside the organization. The values of the organization were very good. The Respect and Trust shown among the employees are excellent. Even though the compensation was not excellent, these values kept me to stay in the organisation.
Cons
Recent spinoff of Nokia Networks. Even though Nokia was known as a handset company, it had its Technology infrastructure division called NOkia networks, that were having about 24000 people. Nokia Networks was no.2 Mobile Telecom Vender, but because of the industry changes, they have to spin off the Nokia Networks
