      Compare to other companies in same industry, Nokia Siemens Networks gives good benefit and good compensation to its employees.

      Cons

      I as the local Indonesian, can see that Nokia Siemens Networks is still unfair to treat local. Many expats come, so the carreer opportunity for local is difficult

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
