hard to move up. get stuck where you are. not always challenging. you feel like anyone can do your job and you didnt need to go to college for it. every year seems to fly by. the iips come and go and i dont think they are very helpful. each year i feel like i am saying the same stuff and always receiving decent reviews. new team leads don't think u are ready to move up when they have barely worked with you.
