      - 2nd largest company after Ericsson. - Great wireless network based products. - Employee friendly HR policies such as work from home etc.

      Cons

      - No Job security as the company is facing severe competition and loss of revenue. - Employee needs to spend from their pocket during travel and get it reimbursed later.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
