      Well structured organization roles and responsibilities. Career progression opportunities exist but need to be actioned actively. Good workplace facilities. Above average compensation.

      Cons

      Workplace priorities seemed disconnected from market needs. Too many reorganizations resulting in frequent disruptions and regular loss of focus in direction.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
