      Friendly staff, good pay and slow introduction into the working environment

      The main cons revolve around the politics of the company. Sometimes it is really hard to reach a certain person or do a specific action because you have to go through N more formalities first.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
