      Can work remote, but that is so they can contact you 24x7

      Cons

      Never ending layoffs. Vindictive and petty lower level managers No raises year after year after year Pay is MUCH lower than other companies in universe. 60+ hour work weeks. Low-level managers are not very educated. Low-level managers lie like rugs to keep own job

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
