      Pros

      Focused on Mobile Broadband and has innovative technologies. The Core divisions of NSN are very good (WCDMA, LTE etc).

      Cons

      Some units are not as efficient as the core units. Site politics kills good products.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
