Pros
Generous base pay, bonuses, benefits, opportunity to travel, opportunities to explore other fields within the company. Everyone is treated with respect and allowed to voice his or her opinion freely.
Cons
Direction from management is scattered; many groups are basically autonomous and left to their own devices. There's heavy competition to be the best internal group in that specific space, so there's a tremendous amount of duplication in efforts and not enough meaningful collaboration.
