      Pros

      Great work culture , good pay and bonuses. Good work is always valued. Good work life balance. Used to give freebees like mobiles once in every two years. Strong inbuilt culture to create and submit IPs.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
