      Big and well established company to have pools of industry veterans. A lot of resource to learn telecom stuff.

      Cons

      Management made bad business decisions and don't know how to use and keep talented people to win customers.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
