Pros
The benefits are quite good and far beyond what I was offered in previous positions. Time off given is more than fair and volunteering is strongly encouraged as is being eco-friendly and aware.
Cons
Management sometimes seems slow to act or acknowledge changing trends within the industry. That make for an environments that always seem to be trying to catch up instead of innovating new solutions.
