      Pros

      great people competent and with "can do" attitude enormous energy level great possibility (in spite of what is normall said) to balance your own life needs and the professional needs

      Cons

      everything is nowadays seen as a cost and we see less of the word "investment". how long this will last? what does it take to bring the perspective of investment back?

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
