      Pros

      Great people to work with locally. Excellent work and personal life balance. Offices are always inviting and IKEA-like. Local employees are top notch.

      Cons

      Unless you are upper management, you will be flying coach for business. Software coming from the home office lacks urgency and can generally be counted on to be late.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
