      Pros

      Good technology and great offices. Very little free time as too many managers are hired compared to too few technical people to do actual work.

      Cons

      Immature, nepotistic management. Promotion based on who you know not how good you are at what you do.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
