Business Outlook
Pros
Nokia supports a great work life balance. Respectful of personal time. I've heard stories of Nokia being an awesome place to work in the past. I only worked there for 5 years of declining market share. It was not a great place due to the business problems - therefore salary increases were minimal.
Cons
Waste money. Ineffective organizational structure. Does not empower divisions to take advantage of opportunities. Does not understand the US market.
