      Good amount of technical work, specially in domain Good salaries especially for new joinees

      Cons

      Reducing head counts due to recession Sometimes higher management mess the environment by committing something which is near to impossible Less in house facilities like better food, transport, games etc. and office is too crowded

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
