      They provides work life balance concept and apply to real life. We can get an international experience when we travel in business trip on projects. They provide an excellence benefits.

      Career path , no stock option provided , many rivals in their market Some solution needs 3rd party product to support and cannot control

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
