Pros
Hands on experience. Your thrown right into the fire. It has good balance between work and family. Flexible hours Overall the employees are smart and talented people that are great to work with.
Cons
-Re-orgs every 6 months keeping employees wondering all time -Not a lot of growth and opportunity to work on new stuff. -Raises are not given annually or during review time even w/great reviews. -Continually changing company direction; the future looks uncertain - it is not clear whether the company will be able to reclaim leadership. It is not clear what new products/ideas will be game changer. -Decisions take forever to be made which also affects innovation and creativity among employees.
