      work life balance is good..if you want to have flexibility...thats the place to work for If you do not want to do much work... thats the place

      Cons

      1.. Org structure is very poor 2..no transparency with leadership team 3..politics is high 4.. 30% of employees doesnt have anything to do 5.. Poor HR 6.. No cultural events
