      Pros

      Got a chance to work with highly talented people, including senior managers and bright engineers. Only wish that senior management listened to feedback from engineers on a regular basis. A great place with lot of emphasis on work-life balance !

      Cons

      Senior Management not very open to suggestions and feedback from lower layers. A company which traditionaly in not open to taking risks.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
