      No benefits while at NMH - Feinberg inpatient hospital

      Cons

      The RNs and PCTs are severely overworked. Patient ratios in the med-surg (trauma/surgical floors) are 1:7. Not a positive environment for clinical RN training. High turnover unit. Not welcoming of diversity.

      Pros

      I really appreciate NM's commitment to its employees' well-being. My health insurance and benefits are amazing. NM's commitment to my continuing education is something I also very much appreciate.

      Cons

      It's a large campus and I walk all over it: It's physically grueling. Also, communication could be better between departments.
