      Pros

      No pressure, no micromanagement, shorter working hours, good pay, free office lunch 3 days/week, 3-4 outings per year.

      Cons

      Not much new work. Over hiring recently. Hiring unskilled people. QAs are technically inadept. Over reliance on processes as company is growing, wasting developers' productive time.

      Great place to work with great benefits.

      Only negative is I feel the company has always been undervalued, so the stock has never performed well.

      Pros

      Flexible, Sincere and Fast paste

      Cons

      Onboarding new employees is mediocre as these employees are expected to be experts on non-Nutanix tools like SFDC, Tableau, Slack, and other sales tools. Fast-paste for new sale opportunities. Knowledge and key actionable solution are not readily available and shred. (Some solutions are buried in users personal file, so sometimes you will be dealing with issues that was solved a year ago but only one person is prevy to that knowledge.
