Opportunity to Learn: We get the chance to work with talented individuals and learn from great minds, which enhances both personal and professional growth. Decent Pay: The current compensation is fair for the role, though there’s room to better align pay with contributions and role changes.

      Pros

      Flexible, Sincere and Fast paste

      Cons

      Onboarding new employees is mediocre as these employees are expected to be experts on non-Nutanix tools like SFDC, Tableau, Slack, and other sales tools. Fast-paste for new sale opportunities. Knowledge and key actionable solution are not readily available and shred. (Some solutions are buried in users personal file, so sometimes you will be dealing with issues that was solved a year ago but only one person is prevy to that knowledge.
