      Growth industry and company. Lots of opportunities to grow as it has the right products for the right market at the right time. Allright work life balance

      Cons

      - Terrible boss in charge of digital marketing. Managers have culture of micro managing to the point it is impossible to do any work - Have lots of people who talk a lot but does not do work or provide support for other teams - Ignorant HR who overlooks abuse

      Pros

      Flexible, Sincere and Fast paste

      Cons

      Onboarding new employees is mediocre as these employees are expected to be experts on non-Nutanix tools like SFDC, Tableau, Slack, and other sales tools. Fast-paste for new sale opportunities. Knowledge and key actionable solution are not readily available and shred. (Some solutions are buried in users personal file, so sometimes you will be dealing with issues that was solved a year ago but only one person is prevy to that knowledge.
