      Pros

      Overall a great company to work for. Great CEO. Knows how to operate in a way that keeps it operating long term through cycles. Great fellow employees.

      Cons

      HR needs an overhaul, especially with processes and handling of situations. A lot of talk about diversity/inclusion and a great program, but officers/many managers don’t actively participate or care. Not a lot of career opportunity/growth.

      Pros

      Great Company, Good benefits, 401k match and profit sharing. Management throughout the company is typically pretty good. I've heard of bad apples but haven't seen that myself.

      Health insurance could be better
