Pros
Teamwork is amazing and one of the main reasons I stay within my unit. The management has a great open door policy and is very easy to speak with.
Cons
Higher management does not care about the employees as much as they say they do. Higher management also doesn't always live by the mission like they expect all other mission partners to.
