Excellent pay, and great work life balance 1.5 hours from beach You get the opportunity to work with some very nice experienced employees
Cons
Work is not so exciting plus alot of unhappy employees. Overall this location harbors a very negative work environment. Horrible location, poor quality of life in Florence SC Onsite Cafe food is just sad, mostly they are there to cater affordable food to labor. Not many restaurant options. Most employees eat out Old school management! High employee turnover rate Small presence, word goes around fast, watch what you say or best not to say anything
