Pros
Salary. World renowned firm. Good management. Human resource manager was good. The employees are very loving and supportive. Managers would be under pressure. Great facilities, canteen, parking, vending machine etc. in Dubai office. Not in AUH. The Dubai office is better but pay might be lesser. Overall it's a very professional environment. Sales was tough for me so can't comment.
Cons
Sales targets. No parking in auh. Not good facilities as Dubai. Auh manager is not aligned with Dubai manager. Not many enquiries like in Dubai si hitting targets would be impossible.Someone sales savvy might like it. Targets was a lot of pressure but you will survive. Very good colleagues from different nationalities. Training provided.
