Pros

The income is stable and there are some nice staff members elsewhere in the facility.

Cons

The turnover rate alone should be a major red flag to start. Staff doesn't stay here more than a year. Over the course of the last 3 years I've had more managers on night shift than I can count on both hands. Not to mention, day shift managers, and unit managers. You will be forced into uncomfortable situations. If you are a nurse and value your license, I would seek employment elsewhere. They will put you in unsafe work conditions on a weekly basis unless you have friends in high places. The team isn't a team. There is lots of drama and many cliques formed.
