Pros
The interview process was great from start to finish with prompt communication and clear expectations to what to expect. The culture is amazing and it's fun to be a part of a company that keeps innovating as the market leader. Excited for what's ahead!
Cons
As with any place it can be a lot to take in when you're first getting started, so to set yourself up for success you will need to be a sponge and not ready to try things and fail and know when to ask for help. Not a con more so a heads up.
