Pros

The company offers good training, quality equipment, a well-located office, and lunch benefits when in the office

Cons

Supervisors are often overwhelmed with their workload and, understandably, may not always be available to provide the robust support needed when major issues arise. Additionally, there aren’t enough experienced senior team members to rely on, partly due to frequent changes in team structure. Workflows and processes are unnecessarily complicated, with too many steps, which makes escalations slower and more difficult than necessary.
