Pros
Large well known organization that has acquired quite a few companies. People on the team were driven and ambitious. Hybrid role
Cons
Due to so many acquisitions, some products do not receive the customer/sales support that is needed and some are sunsetted entirely, leaving the customer in a limbo state. Siloed communication between marketing, sales and presales, creating disjointed communication. The Sales tools are a bit old, and admin could be time-consuming. Quick turnover of employees. Due to constant acquisitions and reorganization, there are layoffs, and people leaving for better pastures. We had six people leave during my short tenure there.
