- Almost all the rest. - Pay was decent the first year, losing value every year, even with increases. - It's a disorganized mess. - Frankenstein bc it loses parts and gains others, but no clear direction. - They tend to fire the more qualified and veteran people because they're more expensive. Almost without warning. Team has to pick up the slack and shut up. - They will start to focus position growth almost exclusively on the Indian sites in no time. - Stressful conditions to work, because there is no real concern to have an adequate staff size per team. Every time someone's missing, it's noticed.
