Pros

- New Sales leaders every 3 months. - Change the names of our solutions every 6 months - Occasionally get the option to stay at an AirBnB since hotels are not approved for travel. - HR reports to Finance. - Exit Interviews are done on Survey Monkey not with a real person. - AP takes 4 weeks to approve and pay expense reports. - AP wants itemized receipts for two coffees with a customer. - Get to fly coach to customers and stop at three cites before you get to your destination. - HR tells you what to write on sites like this. - Leverage awesome cutting edge collaboration technology like Microsoft Lync, to make job easier. - CMO asks for input from the field on what to market. - If your lucky, some leaders remind you they can't multi-task. - We change senior leadership every 6 months, so its always fresh. - Our CEO never has sick days. - Bonus occasionally arrive if you threaten to quit. - There are annual RIF's, so there is always more work for you to do. - You get to make 5 version of a report for 5 different people. - We love under performers that plan to stay at OT for a long time. - Fax solutions will comeback! - 600+ job openings and growing! - We always like to reinvent things that already exist, so more work if you like. - Nobody knows the "OpenText" brand. - You can perform OK and get promoted up three levels to an unqualified position for the same salary. - We are "cost conscious" when it comes to account development and marketing. - There are physical team outings once every 4 years and virtual ones every other day. - Attend meetings with 85 people virtually.

Pros

Pros was that you had a job (and not for long if they find a way to outsource your position in the company).

Cons

Cons are so many to list, but from the leadership in this company being so out of touch with his/her employees, the restructuring done in their company to save some bucks on their end was crazy brutal, firing all of their talented workers to implement automated programs that did not function properly. Overall, horrible experience with OpenText, lies upon lies when it came to growth opportunities and keeping teams in the dark, no communication what so ever. Their business practices were just plain terrible.
