No Career Growth - was an Intern Trainer for 2 years SG22 for 3.5 years in the company - no SG increase AT ALL Team Leaders or called as "AMs" don't have proper training to lead, so agents or "advocates" resign not with the company but with the management and how they are into KPIs but don't care at all to agents
