Pros
Good benefits and the flexibility to work from home and to split your shift for appointments or taking kids to and from school
Cons
Crap raises. I think the most I got was 20 cents raise after almost 9 years of working here. Supervisors and management don't know much about the job prices and only worry if you're making numbers. Only listens to ones that sounds like they know what they're doing. No support from SME, trainer, Supervisor, Management. Everyone is for themselves and if they can throw you under the bus they will to gain more brownie points. You MUST know someone on another team to pull you in for an interview if you're wanting any job growth otherwise you'll just have to look elsewhere outside of the company. Burn outs and micromanaging.
