Pay raises are non existent, Oracle's market cap is at an all-time high and the stock has risen 50% in the past year, employees, the building blocks of the company receive 0% pay increases. There’s little to no recognition for knowledge, experience, or contributions, and promotion opportunities are also non-existant. The lack of financial growth or acknowledgement makes it difficult to feel valued or motivated.
