Former Salary Staff - would not recommend - Quality Control PCL Construction Employee Review

- Sexual harassment was dismissed by management and minimized/discouraged from being brought to HR - Dealt with harassment almost daily as a woman in the industry - I regret not coming forward with this sooner however everyone who knew downplayed this. - Pay is very low compared to other companies however they try and manage this by saying their share program is amazing (my shares never increased in value in my 6 years here) - Nepotism is HUGE at this company - majority of the people who survived the brutal layoffs are family or “who you know” types. Very clicky environment.
