      Too few competent staff. Too worried about coffee. They sit on a lot of important information but just won't share their dirty little secrets.

      Cons

      These people are fire-proof. You can't fire them. No matter how bad they are. Its engrained in the system.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
