      Pros

      Good for getting your foot in the door. Diversity of projects. Great way to build many relationships with Big Pharma.

      Cons

      Too much work! Never a thank-you from upper mgmt. A few do all the work, while the rest of them sit around and watch. Of course the lazy ones get promoted.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
