      Work from home full time.

      Cons

      No ERP systems for majority of the business sectors. Running a major corporation on spreadsheets. They need a major shakeup of all VP and other management level.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
