      Great people that work with the teams and clients.

      Cons

      Executive level do not engage the people. They hold Town Hall Meetings spouting how successful we are but then hand out raises that are less then 2%.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
