There is no work life balance. Only work, work, work. Company's culture should be less quality, more production. The management in Belgium doesn't care about the employees. "If you are not happy here, you should leave" -this is how the management motivates the employees in Belgium. High stress is the main benefit an employee can get from PPD Belgium. The office morale is horrible and people are depressed. If you care about your health, avoid working here!
