Pros
Friendly staff , some teams can be lovely to work in. Good benefits provided by company. Can be a nice environment when management is not in.
Cons
Horrible and unorganised management, terrible leadership and training provided is non existent. Very big on blaming staff members instead of working as a team. High turn over of stuff in the company because there is a lack of development and communication between management. A lot of staff members leave because of the terrible lack of support from management. Standards have dropped majorly!
