Pros
Good place to learn a wide range of techniques, flexible work schedule, won't kill you with overtime
Cons
Pay is down right abhorrent for the work performed. The other reviews are accurate. They will put a lot of work and pressure on you and pay horrendously below industry and area average. As a result the turn over rate is too high to maintain stability in the work environment. Promotions are rare and even with a promotion, the pay is abysmal. Management takes no responsibility when things go wrong. Did I mention the pay is way below industry average, because really it's a glaring problem.
