      PPD has everything I am looking for in a good company: possibility for career advancement, continuing trainings, good values, competitive salary, fair management from above and cooperative team. Their employee retention rate is really high.

      I have been with PPD for a year and half. Honestly, I cant find anything negative to say.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
