Pros
The training program is very helpful and innovative. In the 2 years I have been employed at PPD I have received a pretty nice salary increase twice, and was promoted from CRA II to Senior CRA. If you put forth the effort and complete tasks/goals on time you tend to be recognized for it. I have met a lot of nice people here, and my line manager seems genuinely concerned about me as an employee.
Cons
You get a lot of PTO, but project timelines seem to get in the way of taking the time off. Dependent on the study, CTMs tend to micromanage monitors.
